Does Ferguson Reproductive Law represent my client?
Yes. The firm represents the Intended Parents. The donor or gestational carrier retains separate, independent counsel, whose fees are not included in the flat fee. For sperm and embryo donation agreements, we may be able to represent all parties for a slightly increased fee; contact us for pricing.
Does FertilityForge replace an attorney?
No. FertilityForge is the platform that powers Ferguson Reproductive Law's legal services. Every agreement is reviewed, refined, and finalized by a licensed attorney before it is signed.
