About William P. Ferguson, Esq.

William P. Ferguson is a dedicated ART attorney with more than nine years of experience guiding families, individuals, and healthcare professionals through the complex world of reproductive law. He has drafted and negotiated hundreds of ART-related agreements and is known for providing clear, compassionate, and technically precise legal counsel.

His background includes substantial experience with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark Law, and the Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM). William frequently advises fertility clinics, physicians, agencies, and hospital systems on compliance and best practices.

Before entering the legal field, William worked in clinical laboratory settings, giving him valuable insight into medical operations — a perspective that now enhances his ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks within reproductive medicine.

William’s approach is grounded in client-centered advocacy and a belief that exceptional legal work should be delivered at fair, transparent prices. Clients trust him for his precision, empathy, and commitment to making high-quality legal services accessible during one of the most important processes in their lives.

Outside of his legal practice, William develops software tools that streamline legal workflows and enhance the client experience. He is also devoted to raising his sons and staying engaged in his community.
